- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
- Strong knowledge of service lifecycle management and IT service delivery frameworks.
- Experience in managing infrastructure incidents, problems, and changes effectively.
- Ability to analyze and optimize infrastructure service processes to improve efficiency.
- Skilled in using tools and platforms that support infrastructure monitoring and management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on maintaining service quality and availability.
