- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely and quality delivery of software solutions.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with A&D Aftermarket.
- Strong ability to plan, execute, and oversee software development projects from inception to completion.
- Skilled in applying agile project management techniques to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives efficiently.
- Capability to analyze complex problems and develop strategic solutions that benefit multiple teams.
