Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications while serving as the main liaison for project-related communications. This role requires overseeing the progress of application development, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions meet the project requirements. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous engagement with team members to drive the successful delivery of software products, fostering collaboration and innovation throughout the development lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project goals.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices related to Python programming.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance optimization techniques in Python.
- Experience with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
