Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves implementing the configuration management plan under the guidance of the Configuration Lead. This position requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that software adaptations effectively support organizational needs and operational workflows, contributing to the overall success of the project.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve complex software configuration challenges to enhance system performance.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support continuous professional growth.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of software customization with evolving business objectives.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- Experience in software configuration management and customization techniques.
