Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.
- Strong knowledge of materials management processes and integration with other enterprise resource planning modules.
- Experience in customizing and configuring SAP MM to meet specific business requirements.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues within SAP MM modules and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and agile practices.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
