Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Location: Coimbatore / Thudiyalur Area

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, active, and customer-friendly Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer communication, follow-ups, order coordination, and support activities. The candidate should maintain good relationships with existing customers and help improve customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails professionally

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers

Follow up for enquiries, quotations, orders, payments, and dispatch updates

Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and accounts teams

Update customer details and order status regularly

Solve customer issues and provide quick support

Prepare daily follow-up reports and customer updates

Support new customer onboarding and regular communication

Maintain polite and professional communication at all times

Preferred Skills

Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email)

Good follow-up and coordination skills

Friendly and positive attitude

Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks

Qualification

Any Degree / Diploma

Freshers can also apply

Experience in customer handling or office coordination is an added advantage

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday

9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
