Customer Support Executive.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and driven individual to provide exceptional customer support.The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving all customer inquiries & working closely with all the departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product/service information and solutions to customers
- Escalate complex issues to senior management or specialized teams
Requirements:
- Good English Speaking & Writing Skills is Mandatory.
- Optional 1+ years of customer support experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong understanding of customer needs
- Proficiency in using software applications
