Responsibilities:
- Onboard and guide new customers effectively
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Resolve customer queries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and emails

- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team
Requirements:
