Customer Support Executive (Sales & Service)

Key Responsibilities

• Scheduling & Dispatching: Organizing technician or staff schedules, dispatching personnel to job sites, and managing service orders.
• Client Communication: Acting as the main point of contact, answering queries, providing product/service information, and handling complaints.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining accurate, detailed records of customer interactions, service requests, and work orders.
• Service Coordination: Assessing client needs, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring adherence to company policies and deadlines.
• Problem-Solving: Identifying, investigating, and resolving service failures or delays promptly.

Key Qualifications & Skills

• Education: A high school diploma is required, though a post-secondary degree is often preferred.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and service providers.
• Organization: Strong multitasking and time-management skills to manage multiple projects or clients simultaneously.
• Technology: Proficiency in CRM software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Interpersonal Skills: A customer-centric mindset with the ability to build rapport and handle difficult situations.
