Job Description

Overview

  1. Any degree holder

Key Responsibiities

  1. Type in tender information taken from newspapers and websites into GUGA’s tender information software
  2. Read tender documents and copy-paste relevant text into GUGA’s tender information  software
  3. Verify whether a tender is already existing in GUGA’s tender information software before saving it
  4. Systematically cover all the tender information sources and promptly input new tenders
  5. Input the tender information data correctly in the various data fields provided in GUGA’s tender information software
  6. Verify whether tenders are properly onboarded into the software
  7. Handle all activities related to finding new tender sources and onboarding the tenders.
