Job Description
- Type in tender information taken from newspapers and websites into GUGA’s tender information software
- Read tender documents and copy-paste relevant text into GUGA’s tender information software
- Verify whether a tender is already existing in GUGA’s tender information software before saving it
- Systematically cover all the tender information sources and promptly input new tenders
- Input the tender information data correctly in the various data fields provided in GUGA’s tender information software
- Verify whether tenders are properly onboarded into the software
- Handle all activities related to finding new tender sources and onboarding the tenders.
