Balaji Global Traders is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. This is a field-based role focused on driving sales, promoting our brand, and building strong customer relationships across West Bengal. Key Responsibilities:

*  Travel within the assigned territory to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.

*  Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.

*  Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

*  Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

*  Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products and services.

*  Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

Requirements:

Education:** 10th Pass or below.

Experience:** Freshers are welcome and encouraged to apply.

Language:** Must be fluent in **Bengali**. English language skills are not required.

Gender:** Male candidates preferred.

Skills:**

  *  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  *  Basic understanding of sales principles.

Salary and Benefits:

Monthly Salary:₹10,000 - ₹17,000 (Fixed).

Incentives: Performance-based incentives up to ₹5,000 per month.
