Job SummaryFedEx India is looking for energetic and customer-focused Delivery Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely pickup and delivery of shipments while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPick up and deliver shipments within assigned routes and timelines.
- Ensure safe handling and accurate delivery of packages.
- Verify shipment details and collect required acknowledgements.
- Maintain delivery records and update shipment status promptly.
- Provide professional and courteous service to customers.
- Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with supervisors and operations teams for smooth deliveries.
- Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the assigned delivery vehicle.
- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass or Any Graduate.
- Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year in delivery, logistics, courier, or field operations.
- Gender: Male / Female.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving licence.
- Must own a bike for field operations.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
