Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing:

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.

Manage social media platforms, including content planning and publishing.

Create engaging content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media.

Execute SEO (On-page & Off-page) and SEM strategies.

Run and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports.

Generate leads through digital channels and improve conversion rates.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and AI tools.

Training & Mentoring:

Deliver practical training sessions on Digital Marketing.

Train students on SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, AI tools, and other industry practices.

Conduct hands-on workshops, assignments, and live project sessions.

Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.

Guide students in portfolio building, interview preparation, and career readiness.

Update training materials based on current industry trends.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing.

Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Canva, WordPress, and AI-powered marketing tools.

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Ability to explain concepts in a simple and engaging manner.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Passion for teaching and mentoring learners.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Digital Marketing certifications are preferred.

Freshers with excellent practical skills and communication are welcome.

1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Training is an added advantage.
