Job Description

Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Manager


About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead and manage our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of paid advertising platforms, organic growth strategies, content planning, and social media engagement. You will be responsible for driving brand visibility, lead generation, and measurable business outcomes across all digital channels.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Team Leadership & Management

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing professionals

- Set clear KPIs, review performance, and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making

- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with design, content, and sales teams


2. Paid Advertising (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TV)

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, PMax), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and TV/OTT platforms

- Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI and ROAS

- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audience segments

- Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed reports with actionable insights


3. SEO & Algorithm Expertise

- Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings

- Stay up-to-date with Google algorithm updates and adapt strategies accordingly

- Conduct keyword research, technical SEO audits, and competitor analysis

- Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded across all content


4. Content Strategy

- Build and execute a comprehensive content calendar aligned with business goals

- Oversee creation of high-quality content across blogs, landing pages, emailers, and social media

- Ensure brand consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all channels


5. Meta & Social Media Engagement

- Develop strategies to grow and engage communities on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)

- Monitor comments, DMs, and community interactions to drive engagement and brand loyalty

- Analyze social media metrics and optimize content based on audience behavior and platform algorithms


6. Analytics & Reporting

- Track and analyze performance across all digital channels using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other tools

- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations

- Use data to continuously improve campaign effectiveness


Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial or team lead role

- Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TV/digital video advertising

- Strong knowledge of SEO, search engine algorithms, and organic growth strategies

- Experience in content strategy development and execution

- Proficiency with analytics tools: Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager

- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable strategies

- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills

- Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification is a plus


Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools

- Knowledge of email marketing and performance marketing funnels

- Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, or similar
