Job Title: Digital Marketing cum Telecom Executive

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu (with travel within the city as needed)

We're seeking a dynamic professional to drive our digital presence and telecom outreach, helping us expand market reach in the B2B cleaning and chemical sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing to promote our chemical and cleaning products.

Manage website content, track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, and optimise for lead generation targeting B2B clients.

Handle inbound/outbound telecom sales calls, client follow-ups, and relationship building to convert leads into sales.

Conduct market research on competitors in the chemical/cleaning industry and identify digital trends to boost brand visibility.

Travel locally within the city to meet clients, attend trade events, or conduct on-site demos as required.

Collaborate with sales and production teams to align digital strategies with product launches and inventory availability.

Analyse ROI on marketing spends and prepare monthly reports on leads, conversions, and revenue impact.

Requirements:

3-5 years of total experience, with a minimum of 3 years specifically in digital marketing (agency or in-house).

Proven track record in direct sales, including making high-volume calls and closing deals (B2B experience preferred).

Strong knowledge of digital tools: Google Ads, SEO, social media ads, CRM software (e.g., Zoho or HubSpot), and analytics platforms.

(Familiarity with the chemical, cleaning supplies, or manufacturing sector is a plus, not compulsory.)

Willingness to travel within the city and make client calls during business hours.

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi/Tamil; ability to handle objections and build rapport over phone/email.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
