Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Job Description: An AI Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI and ML solutions to solve complex problems and improve business processes. This position requires expertise in AI algorithms, data analysis, and software development, enabling organizations to leverage cutting-edge technologies for innovation and efficiency.   Key Responsibilities: Design, train, and fine-tune machine learning models to solve specific business challenges. Develop predictive models, natural language processing systems, or computer vision solutions based on project requirements. Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns. Ensure the quality and consistency of data used for training and testing AI models. Optimize AI algorithms for improved performance, accuracy, and efficiency. Identify and resolve issues related to model accuracy, scalability, or runtime efficiency. Provide reports and presentations to stakeholders on AI system performance and business impact.   Required Skills and Qualifications Coding : Python , Pyspark Framework : Tensorflow, SK learn, Pytorch, Spark-ML[Expert level] General : Machine learning,Deep learning , LLM, Computer Vision, Agentic frameworks [ Expert level with development experience from scratch] MLOPS  : Databricks, AWS Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.   Preferred Skills AI on edge [ Qualcomm QNN] Concepts :Graph neural network , AutoML Automotive knowledge
