Long Description
Purpose of the role is to develop the systems and processes of supply chain.
What you can look forward to as Assistant Manager– SCM:
- Process & System Support, Provide user support, troubleshooting, and error analysis
- Support system and process improvement (CIP), Assist in implementing process standards and BMS
- Conduct training on logistics systems and processes
- Advisory & Continuous Improvement
- Advice on inventory, delivery reliability, and audits
- Support new process rollouts (Kanban, VMI, Consignment), Provide ongoing IT system support
- Support SCM optimization and BMS rollout projects, Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports
Your Profile as Assistant Manager- SCM:
- Expertise in supply chain & logistics operations (inventory, warehouse, transport, supplier coordination)
- Knowledge of process governance, compliance, and risk management with focus on continuous improvement (Lean/CIP)
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP), WMS and planning tools
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI, dashboards)
