Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Proficient English Tutor to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of the English language and excel in delivering engaging, high-quality lessons. As a remote tutor, you will not only provide exceptional educational support but also play a key role in converting demo sessions into ongoing tutoring relationships through dynamic presentations and professional communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lesson Delivery: Teach English with high energy and enthusiasm, covering grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and writing through virtual platforms. Ensure lessons are engaging, interactive, and tailored to individual student needs.
• Demo Sessions: Present our tutoring program to parents and students with passion and professionalism. Highlight the unique benefits and value of our courses, effectively addressing any questions or concerns.
• Conversion: Drive the conversion of demo sessions into regular tutoring engagements. Utilize persuasive communication techniques to showcase the advantages of continued tutoring and address potential objections.
• Student Engagement: Create a positive and motivating virtual learning environment. Foster strong relationships with students and parents, ensuring that students remain excited and committed to their learning journey.
• Communication: Maintain clear, professional, and prompt communication with students and parents. Provide regular updates on student progress and actively engage with parents to discuss their child's needs and progress.
• Feedback and Improvement: Continuously gather feedback from students and parents to refine your approach. Stay updated on best practices in online education and implement improvements to enhance the quality of your presentations and teaching methods.
• Administrative Duties: Manage administrative tasks such as recording attendance, preparing reports, and maintaining student records through online systems with precision and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or teaching certifications are a plus.
• Experience: Proven experience as an English tutor or teacher, preferably with experience in online teaching and demonstrated success in converting demos into ongoing engagements.
• Skills:
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Proficiency in using online educational technology and tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations and effectively drive conversions.
