Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Operate fiber laser cutting machines to cut metal sheets, pipes, and profiles as per drawings and specifications.
- Load and unload materials and ensure proper alignment of sheets and pipes.
- Set and optimize cutting parameters including power, speed, focus, and gas pressure for different materials and thicknesses.
- Monitor cutting processes and ensure high-quality output.
- Inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
- Perform regular machine maintenance and daily operational checks.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and report major concerns to supervisors.
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow safety guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and production targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- 10th, 12th, ITI, Diploma, or BE graduates.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Experienced candidates preferred.
- Required SkillsFiber laser machine operation.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Knowledge of metal fabrication and cutting processes.
- Machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Quality inspection and measurement skills.
- Safety and operational compliance.
