Job Description

Business Facilitator – Short Job DescriptionQualification:

  • Any Graduate
  • Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
  • Experience in EMI sales, consumer finance, or loan processing is preferred
  • Good communication skills in English and the local language

Job Role:

  • Source customers for consumer finance loans.
  • Explain EMI options and financing plans to customers.
  • Check customer loan eligibility and assist with loan applications.
  • Collect and verify required documents.
  • Build relationships with customers and dealership/store staff.
  • Promote financial products and support cross-selling.
  • Follow company processes and compliance guidelines.
  • Follow up on loan repayments and collections.
