Floor Manager

Key Responsibilities

Team Management

• Supervise and manage the daily activities of all showroom employees.
• Allocate daily responsibilities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, grooming, and discipline.
• Conduct daily briefing meetings and end of day performance reviews.
• Motivate, mentor, and coach employees to improve productivity.
• Handle employee concerns and resolve operational issues.
• Coordinate regarding attendance, leave, and employee performance.

Performance Monitoring

• Track daily, weekly, and monthly employee KPIs.
• Monitor sales enquiries, follow ups, conversions, and customer response time.
• Ensure every lead is updated correctly in the CRM/software.
• Review individual and team performance reports.
• Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
• Prepare MIS reports for management.

Showroom Operations

• Ensure smooth day to day showroom operations.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Coordinate vehicle movement inside the showroom.
• Ensure vehicles are display ready and properly maintained.
• Monitor stock availability and vehicle status.
• Coordinate with detailing, service, photography, documentation, and sales teams.

Technology & Software Management

• Ensure employees correctly use CRM and showroom management software.
• Monitor lead management systems.
• Verify that customer information is updated accurately.
• Generate reports from software for management review.
• Train employees on new software features and digital processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend process improvements.

Customer Experience

• Ensure every customer receives a premium buying experience.
• Resolve customer escalations promptly.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure proper handling of test drives and vehicle demonstrations.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards throughout the purchase journey.

Sales Coordination

• Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
• Monitor enquiry allocation and follow up quality.
• Ensure prompt response to online enquiries from website, social media, and other platforms.
• Coordinate with finance, insurance, and RTO teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Support management in implementing sales strategies.

Compliance & Administration

• Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Maintain operational SOPs and ensure adherence.
• Monitor inventory records and operational checklists.
• Coordinate with vendors and external service providers when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of business information.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or related field.
• MBA is an added advantage.

Experience

• 3–6 years of experience in showroom operations, retail management, automobile dealership, or operations management.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ employees is preferred.
• Experience using CRM or dealership management software is highly desirable.
