Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from user interfaces to backend services. This role requires actively engaging in the entire development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while embracing modern technologies and agile methodologies to address complex business challenges in a cloud-first environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously evaluate and implement best practices to improve system performance and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience with cloud-native application development and deployment.
- Strong understanding of full stack development principles including frontend and backend integration.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex systems for scalability and performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
