- 1-5 years of experience in gold valuation within a bank or non banking financial company
- In-depth of knowledge of gold purity, karat assessment & current market trends
- Strong attention to detail integrity, customer service orientation & ability to work under pressure
- Conducting gold loan valuations using standard methods & tools
- Training branch staff on gold loan valuation & fraud awareness
- Handle & Experienced in Locker Key is must
- Supporting marketing & customer engagement efforts
