Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Designing

• Design eye-catching social media creatives for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp promotions
• Create posters, banners, brochures, flyers, pamphlets, standees, and marketing materials
• Develop website banners, landing page creatives, and promotional graphics
• Design logos, branding materials, visiting cards, and company presentations
• Create product mockups and promotional advertisements

Brand Management

• Maintain consistency in brand colors, fonts, and visual identity
• Understand company branding guidelines and apply them across all designs
• Develop creative concepts aligned with marketing strategies

Image & Video Editing

• Edit and retouch images for advertisements and campaigns
• Basic video editing for reels, promotional videos, and short marketing clips
• Add motion graphics or simple animations when required
• Collaboration & Coordination
• Coordinate with the marketing, sales, and content teams for campaign requirements
• Understand design briefs and deliver creatives within deadlines
• Take feedback positively and make required revisions

Project Management

• Handle multiple design projects simultaneously
• Ensure timely delivery of all creatives
• Organize and maintain design files properly

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, and other design tools
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut is an added advantage
• Creative thinking with good visual sense
• Knowledge of typography, color combinations, and layout design
• Attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Educational Qualification:

• Any Degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field
