Cinema Guest Service Provider (GSP)

🔹 Primary RoleA Guest Service Provider ensures a smooth, pleasant, and safe experience for all guests visiting the cinema—from entry to exit.

• Key Responsibilities
• Guest Handling & SupportGreet guests warmly and assist with queries
• Guide customers to screens, seats, restrooms, and exits
• Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when needed
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at all times

Ticketing & Entry ManagementScan tickets (online/offline) at entry points

• Verify show timings and seat details
• Manage crowd flow during peak hours
• Prevent unauthorized entry

Food & Beverage AssistanceSupport F&B counters when required

• Guide guests on combo offers and menu items
• Ensure cleanliness in food areas
• Deliver food inside screens (if applicable)

Housekeeping & CleanlinessMaintain cleanliness in lobby, screens, and restrooms

• Quick turnaround cleaning between shows
• Ensure seats and floors are clean before next show

Safety & SecurityMonitor guest behavior inside the cinema

• Prevent piracy (mobile recording inside screens)
• Handle emergency situations (fire, medical, evacuation)
• Follow all safety protocols and SOPs

Inside Theatre DutiesAssist guests in finding seats in dark auditoriums

• Monitor noise levels and disturbances
• Ensure proper movie-watching environment

Additional ResponsibilitiesSupport special events, premieres, or VIP shows

• Work in rotational shifts (including weekends & holidays)
• Coordinate with projection, F&B, and housekeeping teams

Skills RequiredGood communication (Tamil + basic English preferred)

• Customer service attitude
• Presentable and polite behavior
• Ability to handle pressure during peak shows
• Team player

Work EnvironmentShift-based job (morning / evening / night)

• Weekend and holiday availability mandatory
• Standing job with continuous guest interaction
