Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Home Appliance Sales Executive to drive sales and deliver excellent customer service. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the right home appliances and achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and understand their requirements

  • Recommend suitable home appliances (TV, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, AC, Small Appliances, etc.)
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain product displays and showroom cleanliness
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, offers, and promotions
  • Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support
  • Coordinate with team members and store management
