Job Summary:

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, ambiance, and presentation standards across the garden restaurant, banquet hall, restro bar, washrooms, kitchen support areas, and public spaces to ensure a clean and pleasant environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of restaurant dining areas, banquet halls, garden seating, pathways, and restro bar areas.

• Sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize all guest areas regularly.

• Clean tables, chairs, glass panels, counters, entrances, and waiting areas.

• Ensure washrooms are clean, dry, sanitized, and properly stocked at all times.

• Clear garbage bins and dispose waste following hygiene standards.

• Support banquet setup and post-event cleaning activities.

• Arrange and maintain housekeeping supplies and cleaning materials.

• Clean outdoor garden areas and ensure neat appearance of landscape surroundings.

• Coordinate with service staff during busy operations and events.

• Report maintenance issues, damages, leakages, or safety concerns to the supervisor.

• Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and responsibly.

• Maintain cleanliness in staff areas, store rooms, and utility sections.

• Ensure proper pest-control cleanliness practices are followed.

• Assist during VIP visits, special functions, and festival events.

• Follow hotel and restaurant hygiene, grooming, and safety standards.

• Complete daily cleaning schedules and assigned duties on time.

• Maintain positive behavior and professional interaction with guests and team members.

Requirements:

• Basic housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.

• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and late-night banquet operations.

• Physically fit and able to handle cleaning duties.

• Team-oriented and disciplined work attitude.

• Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards.
