HR Executive

We are seeking a proactive and organised HR Executive to support the Human Resources department in managing recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will help create a positive workplace culture while ensuring HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate employee induction and orientation programmes.
• Support payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and benefits administration.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and ensure compliance with labour laws and company regulations.
• Address employee queries related to HR policies, leave, attendance, and benefits.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities, training programmes, and performance appraisal processes.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and maintain confidential employee information.
• Support disciplinary procedures and grievance handling as required.
• Assist in exit formalities, including exit interviews and full-and-final settlement coordination.
