Job Description
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, Connecting NGO, Placement officer and College databases.
Job Requirement Analysis: Collaborating with Client to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
Screening & Evaluation: Filtering resumes, conducting initial phone/video interviews, and assessing candidates for skills and cultural fit.
Interview Coordination: Scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Offer Management: Extending job offers, negotiating salary/benefits, and managing the hiring process.
Onboarding Support: Assisting with initial employee onboarding steps.
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS): Maintaining accurate candidate records and tracking hiring metrics
SPOC Function: Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients regarding hiring updates, requirements, and feedback.
Onboarding Support: Handle joining, on-site onboarding, and deployment of temporary/contract staff at the client site.
Relationship Building: Conduct in-person meetings with hiring managers to discuss and resolve staffing issues.
