International Telesales Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and result-oriented candidates for the role of International Sales Process Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound international sales calls, generating leads, promoting company products and services, and converting prospects into customers. Freshers with excellent communication skills and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to international customers.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into successful sales.
• Explain products and services to potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
• Follow up with prospective customers to maximize sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and sales processes.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong sales, telesales, negotiation, and persuasive communication skills.
• Good listening, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Quick learning ability with a positive attitude.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
• Experience in International Sales, Telesales, BPO Sales, Telecalling, Customer Acquisition, or Financial Services is preferred.
• Candidates with voice process and telesales/sales experience will be given preference.
• Graduation or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Police Verification Certificate (PVC) is mandatory.
