Position OverviewWe are looking for a highly enthusiastic, sharp, and fast-learning professional to join our team as a Management Trainee.

This is not a traditional desk job; it is a 360-degree rotation program designed to build a future leader in media operations. You will work across all departments to master our end-to-end workflow—understanding exactly how a premium wedding or a commercial ad project is conceptualized, executed live on-site, polished in post-production, and successfully delivered to our clients.

Key Responsibilities & Learning PathYou will gain hands-on, end-to-end operational experience across our two primary pillars:

• Pre-Production & Onboarding: Understand how we interface with premium wedding clients and corporate brands; assist in planning timelines, concepts, and logistics for large-scale wedding events and commercial ad sets.
• On-Site Live Experience: Work directly on location to experience live, fast-paced shoot environments. You will observe and assist in the operational workflow of premium wedding events, pre-wedding shoots, and commercial advertisement sets.
• Post-Production Coordination: Spend time with our creative editing and post-production teams to learn how raw footage transforms into a polished, cinematic final product.
• Client Delivery & Quality Control: Learn how we uphold our strict business ethics and quality standards, ensuring final deliverables exceed client expectations.
