Job Title: Lead IT Technical Trainer (Full Stack, MERN, AI/ML & Digital Marketing)Job Summary:We are seeking a versatile, highly skilled, and dynamic IT Courses Trainer to lead our comprehensive technology training programs. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise across multiple modern tech stacks—ranging from Full Stack (MERN) Development to cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, Machine Learning, Cyber Security, and Digital Marketing. You will be responsible for mentoring students/professionals, designing curriculum, and delivering hands-on practical training.

• Key Responsibilities:Full Stack & MERN Developer Training: Teach front-end and back-end web development utilizing MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Guide students through building scalable, responsive RESTful APIs and full-stack applications.
• Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AI/ML): Deliver clear concepts on data preprocessing, supervised/unsupervised learning models, Python libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn), and core neural networks.
• Generative AI & Advanced AI: Train students on modern Generative AI concepts, including Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, OpenAI APIs, and integrating AI features into standard web applications.
• Cyber Security: Educate learners on fundamental security protocols, ethical hacking basics, network security, OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities, and standard practices for securing code and infrastructure.
• Digital Marketing: Cover essential modules including SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM/Google Ads, Social Media Marketing (SMM), and how to leverage modern AI tools to optimize marketing campaigns.
• Curriculum Development & Mentorship: Design up-to-date course materials, practical assignments, and capstone projects. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to students.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (MERN Stack), Python (for AI/ML), Cyber Security frameworks, and Digital Marketing platforms.
• AI Integration: Hands-on experience using or teaching Generative AI tools and Machine Learning workflows.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English to break down complex technical topics into easy-to-understand concepts.
• Experience: Prior experience as a Technical Trainer, Boot Camp Instructor,Wbinar or Senior Developer with a passion for teaching is highly preferred.
