Location: NSN Palayam, Coimbatore
Position: Junior Design Engineer / 3D Modeller & Visualiser
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Work Mode: Work from Office
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Experience: 1–4 Years
Qualification: Dip/ B.E. (Civil)

About the Role
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Junior Design Engineer / 3D Modeller & Visualiser to join our design team. The candidate will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing design presentations, creating high-quality 3D visualizations, and supporting residential and commercial project execution. The ideal candidate should possess strong design skills, technical knowledge, and a passion for creating visually appealing architectural solutions.
Required Skills
* Strong understanding of architectural planning, building design, and construction fundamentals.
* Ability to create 3D models.
* Ability to create realistic 3D exterior and interior visualizations.
* Good knowledge of working drawings, elevation design, and detailing.
* Understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, and space planning.
* Strong visualization, presentation, and communication skills.
* Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
Preferred Candidate
* Experience in architectural design, 3D visualization, or residential/commercial project development.
* Knowledge of contemporary architectural trends, interior design concepts, and construction practices.
* Strong portfolio showcasing architectural designs and realistic 3D renderings.
* Preference will be given to candidates from the Tamil Nadu region.
* Candidates based in Coimbatore will be given the highest preference.
