Job Description
The Assistant Branch Manager supports the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining compliance with company policies. This role involves both office and field responsibilities, requires flexibility to travel, and includes active participation in field work to drive business growth. Candidates with knowledge of the insurance industry will be preferred.
