Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the estate premises. This includes supervising support staff and service vendors, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, handling minor repair works, and ensuring all Facility systems function efficiently and safely.

 Key Responsibilities: 

*Oversee and coordinate daily operations related to housekeeping, gardening, plumbing, electrical works

*Supervise and monitor the performance, attendance, and discipline of maintenance and support staff.

*Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and surrounding areas to identify maintenance needs.

*Ensure timely execution of maintenance and repair tasks by in-house staff or external contractors.

*Maintain accurate records of daily tasks, complaints, service requests, and inventory of tools and supplies.

*Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to schedule and follow up on specialized maintenance work.

*Ensure that cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently maintained across all areas.

*Assist in the implementation of safety protocols, emergency procedures, and compliance measures.

*Attend and respond promptly to complaints or concerns raised by other Departments or management.

*Manage Field Workers and Assign Tasks.

*Assist management in preparing reports, documentation, and improvement plans related to facility operations.

*Maintain Records and Report to Head of Administrative Office

 Key Requirements: 

Education: Diploma or ITI in any discipline

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in estate or facility management operations.

Skills:

*Strong supervisory and interpersonal communication skills.

*Basic technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and housekeeping systems.

*Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.

*Proficiency in maintaining records and basic reporting.

*Driving (2W and 4W) will be considered as an Additional Benfit.
