Job Description

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to support execution for our IT Staffing and ERP Consulting & Implementation Verticals.


A key part of this role is to learn the ERP system over time and act as a point of coordination between customers and internal teams. The focus is on tracking work, ensuring smooth communication, and keeping projects on schedule.


  • Key Responsibilities
  • ERP Learning & Customer Coordination
  • Learn the ERP system and implementation process gradually
  • Act as a coordination point between customers and internal ERP teams
  • Understand client requirements and ensure they are communicated clearly
  • Follow up on client queries, issues, and deliverables
  • Support smooth onboarding and implementation for customers
  • ERP Project Tracking
  • Track progress of ongoing ERP implementations
  • Maintain simple trackers for tasks, timelines, and deliverables
  • Coordinate with consultants and developers for updates
  • Escalate delays or blockers when needed
  • IT Staffing Coordination
  • Track open positions, candidate progress, and interview status
  • Coordinate between recruiters and clients
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth onboarding
  • Maintain basic hiring status reports
  • Day-to-Day Coordination
  • Follow up with internal teams and vendors on pending tasks
  • Ensure clarity on deliverables and timelines
  • Help resolve basic coordination gaps
  • Reporting
  • Share regular updates covering:
  • Completed work
  • Pending items
  • Issues or delays
  • Keep communication clear and structured


  • Required Skills
  • Good coordination and follow-up skills
  • Clear communication (written and verbal)
  • Willingness to learn ERP systems and business workflows
  • Basic understanding of Excel or tracking tools
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks


  • Preferred (Not Mandatory)
  • Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., ERPNext, SAP, etc.)
  • Experience in customer handling or client coordination
  • Background in IT services or support roles
