Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and ensuring the overall stability and reliability of the systems. The engineer works with various standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with different teams to monitor application health and troubleshoot issues is also a key part of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms and integration techniques.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and release processes.
- Familiarity with APIs and low-code/no-code development environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues efficiently.
- Knowledge of data security and compliance considerations within packaged applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
