Job Description
A motivated Telesales / Presales Executive to handle customer leads and support our residential solar sales process. The role involves calling potential customers, understanding their requirements, and guiding them towards site visits and final conversion.
- Key Responsibilities:Call and engage with leads provided by the company
- Understand customer requirements
- Qualify genuine and interested customers
- Schedule site visits by coordinating with the sales/technical team
- Prepare and share basic quotations as per company standards
- Follow up regularly with customers and assist in closing leads
- Requirements:Good communication skills in Tamil (mandatory)
- Basic English knowledge preferred
- Strong convincing and follow-up skills
- Ability to handle customer queries and objections
