Job SummaryAdam & Eve Inc. is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Process Associates (L1 – L3) for our Voice Process team. This role involves providing customer support over phone calls, resolving customer queries, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

We welcome both Freshers and Experienced candidates who are passionate about communication and customer service.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Resolve customer queries while maintaining high service standards.
• Record customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude during customer interactions.
• Eligibility CriteriaFreshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Minimum qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma / Higher Secondary (preferred).
• Willingness to work on-site in Coimbatore.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Language RequirementsCandidates should be fluent in any one of the following combinations:

• Tamil & English
• Tamil, English & Hindi
• Any South Indian Language (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam) with Hindi
