Production Operator

General Description:

· Assembling products on the assembly line according to work instructions to meet quality product.

• Following established safety and efficiency procedures to ensure that operations run smoothly.

• Inspecting assembled products for any faults or defects.

• Loading product pieces slated for assembly onto the line and packing assembled products into boxes for storage.

• Stopping the assembly line and halting production if machinery fails or a major defect is detected.

• Maintaining a daily production log, CLIT, rejection data

• Reporting incidents, faulty operations, or product imperfections on the assembly line to management.

• Basics of 5S and TPM implementation knowledge’s

Work experience requirements:

• At least 1 years’ experience working on an assembly line would be added advantage.

• Solid understanding of production machinery and proper assembly procedures.

• Excellent knowledge of manufacturing safety protocols and regulations.

• Ability to read and interpret technical terms in work instruction and PFC

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy pieces of equipment, as well as stand for hours at a time.

Education requirements:

· SSLC, HSC, Diploma, ITI (Mechanical / Tool & Die / Production / Mechatronics)

· Average communication skills in local language and English
