Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Architect, a typical day involves designing and implementing comprehensive testing frameworks that span the entire software development lifecycle. This role requires envisioning innovative approaches to testing by integrating cutting-edge tools and methodologies. The position demands providing strategic guidance to ensure the highest quality standards are met, while fostering collaboration across various teams to align testing efforts with organizational goals. The architect continuously evaluates emerging technologies to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring robust and scalable quality engineering solutions are in place.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of innovative testing architectures that support evolving project requirements.
- Mentor and support junior team members to build their technical capabilities and promote knowledge sharing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize testing processes and enhance overall product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Strong expertise in designing and developing automated testing frameworks tailored for enterprise resource planning systems.
- In-depth understanding of quality engineering principles and best practices within complex software environments.
- Experience with performance testing and integration testing strategies to ensure system reliability and scalability.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to testing architectures and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with test management tools and continuous integration pipelines to streamline quality assurance workflows.

- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
