Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Promote deposit products such as SB, RD, DRD, FD, and MIS schemes to potential customers.
• Generate new leads through field visits, references, and local networking.
• Achieve monthly business targets for deposit mobilization and member enrolment.
• Provide detailed information about financial products and guide customers in selecting suitable schemes.
• Follow up with customers for renewals, maturity reinvestments, and new deposits.
• Ensure proper documentation and KYC compliance during account opening.
• Address customer queries and provide prompt support and service.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and daily business activities.
• Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase business growth.
