Relationship Manager - MF
- Business Sourcing & Growth: Identifying potential clients, forming JLGs, and achieving set sales targets for microfinance products.
- Collection & Portfolio Quality: Responsible for 100% on-time repayment, controlling overdue accounts, and managing delinquencies/non-starters to ensure healthy portfolio quality.
- Field Visits & Meetings: Conducting regular group meetings, center meetings, and thorough verification of applicants through field visits to ensure authenticity.
- Documentation & Processing: Collecting necessary documents, processing loan applications, and completing documentation for fast approval, adhering to credit policies.
- Client Relationship Management: Building long-term relationships with clients, providing financial literacy, and promoting trust in the organization
