Retail Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team at SPAR Hypermarket, Brookfields Mall, Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and ensuring smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked and organized

Handle billing and POS transactions accurately

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in the store

Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages

Support promotional activities and in-store campaigns

Address customer queries and resolve complaints efficiently

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Any Graduate

0–2 years of experience in retail sales (Freshers can apply)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of POS systems and billing processes

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Customer-centric attitude with a positive approach

Preferred Skills

Experience in supermarket or hypermarket retail

Basic product knowledge across FMCG categories

Team player with a proactive mindset

Work Details

Shift: Rotational shifts (including weekends and holidays)

Location: On-site at Brookfields Mall, Coimbatore

Salary: As per industry standards + incentives
