Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue

  • Drive daily, weekly & monthly sales targets
  • Upsell across product categories (jewelry, charms, tumblers, accessories)
  • Handle walk-ins, conversions & repeat customer relationships

Store Operations

  • Open/close store, manage billing & daily cash reconciliation
  • Maintain stock levels, place reorder requests on time
  • Keep the store clean, organized & visually appealing at all times

Inventory

  • Track stock movement & report fast/slow sellers
  • Manage permanent jewelry, charm bar & iron patch station supplies
  • Coordinate with the Hyderabad team for stock transfers
