Position Details

Designation - Sales Trainee

Department - Business Development / Sales

Profiles - Carbon Credit & I-REC Sales | Power Trading

Employment Type - Full-Time

Hiring Locations -Coimbatore- Tamil Nadu

Salary Range - ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Role Overview - We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated candidates to join our growing team in the Carbon Credit, I-REC, and Power Trading business verticals. The selected candidates will be responsible for supporting business development activities, client coordination, lead generation, market outreach, and transaction coordination.

Key Responsibilities·   

    Identify and onboard buyers and sellers for Carbon Credits, I-RECs, and Power Trading transactions.

·       Support short-term and long-term power trading activities and transaction coordination.

·       Generate new business opportunities through market outreach and lead generation activities.

·       Build and maintain strong client and market relationships.

·       Coordinate with clients for smooth execution of trading and commercial activities.

·       Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.

·       Stay updated with renewable energy market trends, pricing mechanisms, and sustainability developments.

·       Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and business reports.

·       Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and follow-up activities.

·       Collaborate with internal teams for smooth operational and client servicing support.

Eligibility Criteria·       

Freshers and recent graduates can apply.

·       Any Graduate / MBA preferred.

·       Interest in Sustainability, Renewable Energy, Carbon Markets, and Power Trading.
