Job Description

Explain product features, offers, and benefits to customers.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent service.

Coordinate with the store team for replenishment and customer requirements.

Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.

Follow company policies, grooming standards, and attendance procedures.

Prepare and submit daily sales and customer feedback reports to the reporting manager.
