Job Description
Looking for candidate with experience in Jewellery showroom
Role: Showroom Sales Executive
* Arrange and display jewellery items before business hours.
* Maintain cleanliness and presentation of display areas.
* Welcome customers and provide professional assistance.
* Explain jewellery products, pricing, offers and schemes to customers.
* Assist customers in selecting suitable products.
* Register customers for gold saving schemes and promotional programs.
* Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, schemes and purchases.
* Achieve sales targets and contribute to showroom growth.
* Maintain positive customer relationships and service standards.
Required Skills:
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic knowledge of gold jewellery and jewellery sales preferred.
* Customer service mindset.
* Ability to handle multiple customers professionally.
* Sales-oriented and proactive attitude.
Experience Preferred:
* Jewellery showroom sales experience preferred.
* Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
