Job Description
Part-Time Sales Associate
📍 Location: Coimbatore, 134, west, E TV Swamy Rd, near red cherry bakery, R.S. Puram, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641002
🕔 Working Hours: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
💰 Salary: ₹4,000/month
Roles & Responsibilities
* Greet and assist customers, ensuring a welcoming in-store experience.
* Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
* Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
* Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean and well-organized.
* Handle billing, packing, and basic POS/cash transactions.
* Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks.
* Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
* Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
* Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits.
Requirements
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Friendly, confident, and customer-focused attitude.
* Prior retail sales experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
* Freshers are welcome to apply.
* Must be available to work full-day shifts during sale periods, special events, and weekends, as required.
* Should be flexible to work full day during peak business periods, especially on weekends.
