- Greet and assist walk-in and online customers.
- Understand customer needs, budget, and preferences.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
- Vehicle Sales
- Recommend suitable Maruti Suzuki models based on customer requirements.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features.
- Negotiate prices within dealership policies and close sales.
- Lead Generation and Follow-up
- Generate leads through referrals, events, and digital platforms.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls, messages, and emails.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential buyers.
- Documentation
- Collect and verify customer documents.
- Assist with loan, insurance, registration, and delivery paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with dealership procedures.
- Sales Targets
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Upsell accessories, extended warranties, and service packages.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate with the service team when needed.
- Encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Market Knowledge
- Stay updated on Maruti Suzuki models, promotions, and competitor vehicles.
- Explain financing schemes, discounts, and exchange offers.
- Reporting
- Update customer information in the CRM system.
- Prepare daily sales and lead reports for management.
